SHIPPING POLICY

We at Rgl Textile Corporation, understand the importance of delivering your products timely and safely. Therefore, we are partner with some of the most reputed Indian courier partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, Trackon, Tirupati, etc., to ensure seamless delivery of all the orders.

Once you have placed an order on our website, our system puts your order into the process. Once the order is processed your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. After the order is dispatched, a unique tracking identity number is sent to you on your registered Email. You can track the status of the order delivery on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number.

Note
- Please allow us alteast 4 - 7 working days to deliver the Shipment to your doorstep once the Order is dispatch from our warehouse. We take atleast 1-3 days to dispatch the shipment once the order confirm.

Payment Method - We allow both COD and Prepaid Orders on our Website for Domestic Buyers (Indian Buyers for delivering parcels in India). Please go with the Prepaid Option for order above 2000 INR.

RGL TEXTILE CORPORATION offers FREE SHIPPING across all over India for all orders, prepaid as well as cash on delivery (COD).

Receiving Order Guidelines: As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images of the same and not accept the order. You can mail all the images and videos along with the order number so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest and settle claims with the shipment agency.

RETURN POLICY

At Rgl Textile Corporation, it’s our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Rgl Textile Corporation website (www.rgltextiles.com).
Note : Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.

In case of any such discrepancy, please notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving the shipment, please WhatsApp us @ +916350523201. Please share images of the product along with shipping label.

At Rgl Textile Corporation, we have 7 days hassle free return and exchange policy, that gives you an option to return items purchased from www.rgltextiles.com for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Guidelines for a valid return and exchange :-

1. The product should be in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging
2. Product must be unused.
3. Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition.

We will send you a confirmation email/message as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

Note : Please allow us at-least 2 to 5 days to arrange the return pickup from your doorstep.

Returns and exchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

Note:
One time reverse pick-up would be done against an order. For the second time, you need to dispatch the shipment from your end and bear the charges for the both sides.

REFUND POLICY

Return/Exchange and Refund Policy :Return PolicyWe have a 7 day Hassle Free Return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Refund Policy - Once a return request has been placed with Juniper Customer Service, it usually takes 3-5 business days to picked up the product from your doorstep and another 2-4 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by (QC) Quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 24-48 hours.
